Capture. Train. Fight. Survive.
Build up your favorite team of Xeno Monsters and pit them against other Hunters’ squads!
Xenofray is a current work in progress pet project. The goal is to create a mobile game that fills that need for a game with mechanics similar to the original Pokemon games. Xenofray’s features include mechanics such as; adventure mode, monster battling and capturing, online duels and team building. There are many features that are planned for the future.
For this project, I am in charge of building the User Interface and Experience as well as directing the goals and features of the game. Development of the game is in progress on the platform, Unity3D and is being coded in Javascript.
The interface was created with the idea of emulating the 8-bit style of the original Pokemon games while still keeping it unique to fit with the lore of the Xenofray univese. The UI was also built with the idea of optimizing it for mobile devices, with sleek style, easy-to-press buttons and scalable to fit any size of device.
Because of the futuristic and space age setting, the UI is designed with a metallic and spaceship display style in mind.
